What’s good for buyers right now? A huge benefit, the interest rates are still historically low. Which makes it a much better time to buy then even the Pre-Bubble market of 2005-2007
What’s good for seller’s right now? The market hit bottom in 2010, home values have risen substantially since. We are no longer flooded with months and months of inventory, in fact there are fewer homes in desirable condition on the market, and when they are priced correctly we see them under agreement in as little as a few days to only a couple of weeks. Multiple offers are starting to common place again.
